Joint Venture
EWR was a joint venture of a 0.75 acre site in Hoxton, N1.
The joint venture solved the landowner’s issue of requiring a new operational facility on site.
Aitch Group devised an intricate solution that did not disrupt their successful business on site and also allowed them to release £10million worth of equity from the site.
Planning was also achieved for 36 apartments and 36,000sqft of office space.
Retirement
A swift unconditional purchase of the former Royal Mail depot taking place within 3 days from site introduction.
The 0.4 acre site is situated behind Loughton High Road and will be one of the group’s first Retirement Living offerings.
A planning resolution is in place for 29 Retirement Living Apartments.
PRS
The unconditional acquisition of a large commercial warehouse located in Deptford, SE8.
Planning permission was achieved for Aitch Group’s first PRS scheme comprising 83 apartments and 13,370 sqft commercial space.
The PRS offering includes Café, Cinema, bespoke breakout amenity space and close proximity to public transport.
Conversion
The unconditional acquisition of a prime positioned warehouse that needed a full restoration.
A beautiful refurbishment of the building and extension of 2 floors, creating a premier workspace in the heart of Shoreditch.
The building retains its characteristic features, loading arches and brick gable,oozing Shoreditch charm.
Regeneration
Aitch Group worked with the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to assemble 6 separate land parcels that made up important strategic parts of the Hackney Wick masterplan.
Working closely with the planning and regeneration officers Aitch were able to deliver viable developments that were in accordance with their plan, thus delivering much needed housing and commercial space.
By 2019, Aitch Group will have delivered 366 new apartments and 120,000sqft of new commercial space.
Promotional Agreement
A promotional agreement was entered into on a site that comprised a former nursery, 1 dwelling and a large area of woodland.
Aitch promoted the site through planning and marketed the site with the benefit of permission for 40 houses.
The site was subsequently sold and the proceeds split accordingly.
