Aitch gets the go-ahead for £330m south London mixed-use scheme
The New Belvedere project will comprise 1,250 homes, including affordable and family-sized units, and a community hub.
The plans also include new green open space, a public square with over 5,380 sq ft of space for commercial and community use, plus upgraded pedestrian links to Belvedere Station.
The scheme aligns with Bexley Council’s local plan, and the developer will also improve play and recreational facilities at the nearby Frank’s Park.
